Terms of Service
Standard terms on which M.M. Eagles Security provides security, manpower, supplies and civil-works services.
Last updated: 17 October 2026. These terms apply to enquiries made through this website and, unless a separate written agreement, GeM contract or government work order says otherwise, to the services we provide.
1. Who we are
M.M. Eagles Security is a proprietorship firm registered at 2/66, Rajni Khand, Sharda Nagar, LDA Colony, Raebareli Road, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002, holding PSARA licences for Uttar Pradesh (PSA/L/63/UP/2024/DEC/3/2433) and Madhya Pradesh, GSTIN 09DHWPR9799P1ZA, Udyam registration UDYAM-UP-50-0041344 and GeM seller ID 3DC8200001211031.
2. Quotations and work orders
Quotations are prepared after a site visit and are valid for 30 days. Services begin on receipt of a signed work order, purchase order, GeM contract or email confirmation specifying the number of staff, shift hours, site address and start date.
3. Deployment and replacement
We deploy trained, police-verified staff in uniform. If any staff member is absent or found unsuitable, we provide a replacement at no extra charge. The client may ask for replacement of any staff member with reasons.
4. Billing and payment
Invoices are raised monthly with attendance records and statutory (EPF/ESIC) challans. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice unless agreed otherwise. GST is charged as applicable. Minimum-wage revisions notified by the Government are passed on from the effective date.
5. Client responsibilities
The client provides a safe post, drinking water, basic shelter from weather and clear written duty instructions. Firearms are provided only through licensed armed guards; clients must not ask unarmed guards to handle weapons, cash beyond agreed limits or duties outside the scope of the work order.
6. Liability
Our staff act as a deterrent and first response and follow the client's written instructions. We are not insurers of the client's property; losses are addressed as per the written agreement, applicable law and the client's own insurance. Both parties will cooperate fully with police in case of any incident.
7. Goods and civil works
Goods are supplied as per the approved specification and purchase order with GST invoice; civil and road works are executed as per the sanctioned estimate, drawings and the department's quality norms.
8. Termination
Either party may end the services with 30 days' written notice. Dues for services rendered up to the last day remain payable.
9. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. Photographs show our actual staff and sites and may not be reused without permission. Form submissions must be genuine; we may block abusive or automated submissions.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
